Our Breeding Philosophy
At Hillstone Labradors, we adhere to the highest standards of breeding ethics and practices set forth by both AKC and the Labrador Retriever Club, Inc. Our approach focuses on health, temperament, and structure, aiming to produce Labradors that are not only beautiful, but also sound in body and mind. We do not support Silver Labradors. Only Black, Yellow, and Chocolate are acceptable. We prioritize the well-being of our dogs and strive to make a positive impact on the breed. There are already many dogs in this world that need homes. As an ethical and preservation based breeder, we believe only those that are health tested, cleared, as well as intentionally bred and breeder backed for their lives be added.

As a former breeder of JRTCA Jack Russell Terriers for over 20 years, now embracing the world of AKC and Labradors, we bring decades of experience in responsible husbandry, meticulous pedigree research, and a passion for raising well-balanced, good-natured animals.
